PROSPECTIVE MAJORS!
Students who register as Sociology majors online need to come to the Sociology Department office to fill out a major advisor assignment form.


1) Essays written by registered Honors Candidates are due Friday, February 12, 2010

2) Any registered Honors Candidate whose essay has been advanced to the "Oral Defense" stage of faculty deliberations will defend the essay on Friday, March 26, 2010

3) Students and Faculty may nominate essays to be considered for Sociology Department prizes. Nominations (with accompanying essays) are due Wednesday, April 21, 2010

4) Final drafts of Essays begun in the fall are due Wednesday, April 21, 2010

5) Final drafts of Spring Essays are due the last day of class
