Services & Costs
The following are some general guidelines for costs associated with event
planning. All of these are subject to change based on the nature of the event
but will provide a guide to assist in outlining a budget.

Rates for Instruction Media Services (IMS) will vary based on
the amount of equipment you need and the level of assistance you will need to
set-up and manage your event.

*Note: Fridays after 3pm, Saturdays, and Sundays there is a
two hour minimum charged for each staff member needed to assist your event. This
charge applies each time that person comes to campus for that specific event.
