Reserving Spaces on Campus

The vast majority of spaces on campus can now be reserved on line in your portfolio. Just click "Room Request (EMS) in your portfolio and you can browse available spaces. You may also reserve space by contacting the Office of Student Activities & Leadership Development (SALD). You no longer need to fill out the Event Registration form as in the past.

If you need additional furniture or A/V equipment that does not exist in your desired space, you will need to make these requests in your portfolio or by meeting with a staff member in SALD.

Spaces which are not booked by SALD are as follows:

  • Spaces in the Center for the Arts (CFA) - Contact Barbara Ally (x2076) or Kyle Clary (x2687) - You will need to fill out this form.
  • Spaces in the Freeman Athletic Center & Athletic Fields - Contact Kirsten Carlson (x2895)
  • Residence Hall Spaces - Click here
  • Program House Spaces - Contact the House Manager

Many spaces on campus have costs associated with using them. Regardless of the desired location of your event, it is a good idea to meet with staff in SALD to discuss the budget for your event, the feasibility of your desired location as well as capacities and other details.
