Event Registration Form
Beginning in the Fall '08, students are invited to use the Web Room
Request System (EMS) to request a room or space on campus. Access this system
through your electronic portfolio. Look for the Room Request link in the Tools
and Links section. Please send questions about EMS (Room Request) to
emshelp@wesleyan.edu. The Event
Registration Form above can still be used if students prefer.
Social Event Registration Form
Need to register your party or concert? Click the heading to download the

Web Space/Lyris Listserv Request
Form
Need to request web space or a lyris listserv for your student group? This
service is now provided by the WSA office. Contact the
WSA for more information.
Center for the Arts
Reservation Form
To book space in the CFA, a different form is needed. Fill out this form,
have it signed by the appropriate individuals and return it to the CFA
offices above Zilkha Gallery.
CFA Box Office Form
To have tickets printed by the box office for your event, use this form. |
