    • …YOU LOSE YOUR ID CARD

      Immediately go into your e-portfolio under Wes Card Services and select eAccounts. You need to sign into eAccounts and then click on card services so you can deactivate your card. If you find the card that you deactivated, you can also reactivate it here. If you do not find your card, then you need to go to the Wes Card office, room 111, first floor, North College, during regular business hours to obtain a replacement.

      Call or visit the Davison Health Center at ext.2470.

      …YOU RUN OUT OF MEAL POINTS

      Go into your e-portfolio under Wes Card and select - add meal plan points.

      …YOU ARE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ROOM

      During the day, go to the Residential Life (Lower Level, North College) to get a copy of the key. In the evening (after 5:00 p.m.), call Public Safety (ext.2345).There is a $10 charge for evening "lock-outs."

      Students living in the following areas: 156 High Street, 200 Church Street, the Butterfields, Clark, Bennet Hall, Nicolson, Hewitt, and West College will go to the Resident Advisor on duty for their area when locked out from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.  On weekdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., all students can retrieve Loaner Keys from the Office of Residential Life free of charge.  Loaner Keys must be returned to the Office of Residential Life by close of the business day on wich they were checked-out.  If a student receives a Loaner Key after 3:00 p.m., they may return the key after hours to the Residential Life dropbox between North and South COllege (High Street side).  Public Safety will handle lockouts for all other areas not mentioned above when the Office of Residential Life is closed.

      Obtain a copy from Residential Life. You have up to one week to find the key before your locks are changed and charges assessed.

      …YOU LOSE YOUR POST OFFICE KEY

      Report it to the window at Wesleyan Station (mail center). The hours are Monday –Friday, 10 a.m.– 3 p.m.

      …YOU HAVE A CONCERN ABOUT A CLASS

      Speak to your professor or your class dean.

      …YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ROOMMATE OR HOUSEMATE

      Discuss the situation with your RA or other Residential Life staff member.

      …YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT CLASS OFFERINGS OR THE CURRICULUM

      Direct your question to the Academic Affairs Office.
