      Immediately freeze your card through the WesCard website in your e-portfolio and then go to the WesCard office, Rm. 111, First Floor, North College to obtain a replacement.

      …YOU NEED ROOM REPAIRS

      Call Physical Plant at ext.3400.

      …YOU ARE SICK

      Call or visit the Davison Health Center at ext.2470.

      …YOU RUN OUT OF MEAL POINTS

      Go into your e-portfolio under student life and select - add meal plan points.

      …YOUR WASHING MACHINE BREAKS

      …YOU HAVE A FAMILY EMERGENCY

      Contact your class dean for assistance in notifying appropriate faculty and staff.

      …YOU ARE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ROOM

      During the day, go to the Residential Life (Lower Level, North College) to get a copy of the key. In the evening (after 4:30 p.m.), call Public Safety (ext.2345).There is a $10 charge for evening "lock-outs."

      …YOU LOSE YOUR KEY

      Obtain a copy from Residential Life. You have up to one week to find the key before your locks are changed and charges assessed.

      …YOU LOSE YOUR POST OFFICE KEY

      Report it to the window at Wesleyan Station (mail center). The hours are Monday –Friday, 10 a.m.– 3 p.m.
