…YOU LOSE YOUR ID CARD
Immediately deactivate your card under e-accounts at the WesCard website in your e-portfolio. If you find the card that you deactivated, you also can reactivate it here. If you do not find your card, then you need to go to the WesCard office, Room 111, First Floor, North College duirng regular business hours to obtain a replacement.

…YOU ARE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ROOM
During the day, go to the Residential Life (Lower Level, North College) to get a copy of the key. In the evening (after 4:30 p.m.), call Public Safety (ext.2345).There is a $10 charge for evening "lock-outs."
Students living in the following areas: 156 High Street, 200 Church Street, the Butterfields, Clark, Bennet Hall, Nicolson, Hewitt, and West College will go to the Resident Advisor on duty for their area when locked out from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. On weekdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., all students can retrieve Loaner Keys from the Office of Residential Life free of charge. Loaner Keys must be returned to the Office of Residential Life by close of the business day on wich they were checked-out. If a student receives a Loaner Key after 3:00 p.m., they may return the key after hours to the Residential Life dropbox between North and South COllege (High Street side). Public Safety will handle lockouts for all other areas not mentioned above when the Office of Residential Life is closed.

Obtain a copy from Residential Life. You have up to one week to find the key before your locks are changed and charges assessed.
…YOU LOSE YOUR POST OFFICE KEY
Report it to the window at Wesleyan Station (mail center). The hours are Monday –Friday, 10 a.m.– 3 p.m.
