Career Resource Center
Butterfield Colleges, Unit A
The Career Resource Center (CRC)
provides information and advising on a variety of issues
from summer employment and time
away to graduate school, professional schools,
fellowships, and career options.
Since students often struggle with the relationship
between academic choice and career, counselors
at the center are available to students on these and
other issues.
The Career Resource Center offers a
variety of resources that students are urged to use
throughout their undergraduate
careers as their own interests and needs dictate. An
extensive library of career materials is available for student use. Also, a Career
Resource newsletter is published throughout the academic
year. These newsletters announce
the various programs of the center, fellowship and
scholarship information, as well as
other career employment and advanced-study information.
Whether you are a first-year student,
sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student, focused or clueless,
workshops and programs sponsored by
the Career Resource Center are a great way to help you
make better informed decisions
regarding internships, jobs, graduate or professional
school. Attendance at our various programs,
workshops, and counseling sessions exceeded 4,000 last
year. If you have questions about any of the programs and services we offer, please
feel free to call ext. 2180 or stop by.
