YOU LOSE YOUR ID CARD

Go to Wes Card Office (ext.5300) to invalidate your card.

…YOU NEED ROOM REPAIRS

Call Physical Plant at ext.3400.

…YOU ARE SICK

Call or visit the Davison Health Center at ext.2470.

…YOU RUN OUT OF MEAL POINTS

Call Wes Card Office at ext.5300 to purchase additional points

…YOUR WASHING MACHINE BREAKS

Call the 800-number listed on the machine.

…YOU HAVE A FAMILY EMERGENCY

Contact your class dean for assistance in notifying appropriate faculty and staff.

…YOU ARE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ROOM

During the day, go to the Residential Life (Lower Level, North College) to get a copy of the key. In the evening (after 4:30 p.m.), call Public Safety (ext.2345).There is a $10 charge for evening "lock-outs."

…YOU LOSE YOUR KEY

Obtain a copy from Residential Life. You have up to one week to find the key before your locks are changed and charges assessed.

…YOU LOSE YOUR POST OFFICE KEY

Report it to the window at Wesleyan Station (mail center). The hours are Monday –Friday, 10 a.m.– 3 p.m.

…YOU HAVE A CONCERN ABOUT A CLASS

Speak to your professor or your class dean.

…YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ROOMMATE OR HOUSEMATE

Discuss the situation with your RA or other Residential Life staff member.

…YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT CLASS OFFERINGS OR THE CURRICULUM

Direct your question to the Academic Affairs Office.

…YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THAT YOU DON ’T KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE

Call or visit the office of the Dean of Students.
