HOUSING AND DINING

Housing

Students who choose to live on campus for Summer Session 2013 will reside in Bennet Hall.  Bennet is air-conditioned and equipped with a community kitchen, a spacious central community lounge, as well as study and social lounges. The building is adjacent to Foss Hill and is in close proximity to dining facilities, Olin library, and other academic buildings.  Single and double rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To register for summer housing, please use the form available in the Summer Session bucket of your e-portfolio.  Housing bills will appear on the student account in early April, May, or July, depending on when the housing request is made. 

Residential Fee for One Session:

  • Double room: $744
  • Single room: $930
Residential Fee for Both Sessions:
  • Double room: $1,536
  • Single room: $1,920

Dining

Session I
Daniel Family Commons, located on the third floor of the Usdan University Center, will be open to students for lunches Monday through Friday from 11:30am - 1:30pm through June 21 of Session I. DFC will offer a lunch buffet for a fixed price of $7.99.  Starting June 22, Usdan Marketplace, on the second floor of Usdan, will be open for a lunch buffet for a fixed price of $12.90. Students may pay for lunches with cash, Middletown cash, or credit card.

Session II
Usdan Marketplace, located on the second floor of the Usdan University Center, will be open to students during Session II for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners Monday through Friday, and for brunches and dinners on the weekends.  Block meal plans will be available as follows:

25 Meal Plan: $225, no points
50 Meal Plan: $450, no points

Students can sign up for a block meal plan by submitting the Housing Request Form.  Students who do not purchase a block meal plan may purchase a la carte meals for a fixed price of $9.10 for breakfast, $12.90 for lunch, and $15.80 for dinner.
