Room Request Form for Summer Programs

During the summer, the Office of the University Coordinator schedules all classrooms, Campus Center rooms, the Russell House, McConaughy Hall, Memorial Chapel and the Zelnick Pavilion.  Requests for CFA facilities should go to Barbara Ally and the Athletic spaces to Richard Whitmore.

All program requests must be received by the Coordinator's Office by April 15.  Every effort will be made to fill reservations, but due to summer maintenance and renovation work, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions.  We cannot guarantee space for requests made after April 15.

Please provide the following information for all classrooms and facilities you wish to use.
