The Allbritton Center (formerly Davenport Campus Center) is 35,000 gross
square feet of renovation from student campus center into classrooms,
offices and seminar spaces. This is currently pursuing LEED Gold
Renovation Status with 47 points submitted to the USGBC.

The Cogeneration project located in the Central Power Plant is a 16-cylinder gas
engine that turns a generator which will produce our own electricity.

Operations & Maintenance. The LEED for Existing Buildings Rating System addresses
whole-building cleaning and maintenance issues (including chemical use), recycling
programs, exterior maintenance programs, and systems upgrades. |
