- This article is helpful because it goes into great detail about the Congressional Hearing of regulatory reform of ozone depletion, global climate change, dioxim health risks.

-This article does a good job of decribing how 10 out 11 environmental bill failed in 1994.

-This article is useful mostly for its description of the blocking of the ratification of
the CBD and the FCCC goal.

Pearce, Fred, "Chills Winds at the Summit." NEW SCIENTIST , March 1, 1997, pg 12-13.

- This article does a good job reporting on the issues at this year's Climate Control Convention in Kyoto.
