Audio/Visual:

Arrangements for audio/visual equipment to be used in the Usdan University Center and Fayerweather should be made through the University Events and Scheduling Office.  Student requests for audio/visual equipment should be made through the Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development. When additional equipment and/or technical assistance are required, the University Events and Scheduling Office will coordinate with Instructional Media Services to provide such services.  Additional charges may apply.  Requests for additional equipment should be made at least five business days prior to the event to ensure availability.  Equipment brought into the Usdan University Center by the event sponsor must be approved by the University Center staff.  Such requests must be made at least five business days prior to the event.  

All equipment and materials from an event must be removed from the Usdan University Center and Fayerweather at the conclusion of the event.  Costs incurred from removal of materials will be charged to the event sponsor. University Center staff will not be responsible for damage to or loss of equipment and material left in the facilities.  The event sponsor assumes all responsibility for any equipment or materials brought into or left in the University Center.
