Majora Carter ’88, economic consultant, public radio host, and environmental justice advocate from the South Bronx area of New York City discusses plans to transform unused real estate for positive social and community transformation. Majora has fought for change. She created Greenway projects in the South Bronx.  She also comments on how Wesleyan made a difference in her approach to social justice.
