Making Deposits

Whether you are making a deposit to your Middletown Cash account by check, cash, or money order, inquiring about a balance or just have a question about your account, you can stop by the WesCard Office Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The WesCard Office is located on the 1st floor (Room 111) of  North College on College Row.

For Middletown Cash deposits and information, you can also use the Online Card Office at https://onecard.wesleyan.edu.

By Mail (by check or money order only)
Deposits to your Middletown Cash account can also be made via mail by sending your payment to the WesCard office at the following address.  Please make checks payable to Wesleyan University WesCard and include student name and ID number on the front of the check.
