WesCard Office

The WesCard Office is located on the first floor of North College, the University Main Administration Building, located on College Row. Hours of  operation are 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The WesCard  Office is responsible for producing and distributing the University Identification Card (The WesCard) for all students, faculty and staff on campus.  It is important to report a lost or stolen card immediately to the WesCard Office (685-5300).  If you lose your card when the office is closed, please go online and deactivate (freeze) your account. In addition, please notify either the WesCard Office or the Office of Residential Life that you have deactivated your card so that we can also disable proximity access rights to your residence hall.  Once reported, your card will be disabled.  Should you find your card, please stop by the WesCard Office and we will remove the freeze on your card.  If, however, you are in need of a replacement card, please come to the WesCard Office and you will be issued a new one at the current replacement rate.  There is a replacement fee of $25 for a lost or damaged card.  There is no charge to reactivate a frozen card.

If you lose your card during the evening or on a weekend and need a temporary access card for your residence hall or a temporary authorization letter for dining purposes, please go to the Office of Public Safety at 208 High Street.

Please refer to the Wescard Terms and Conditions section of this website for specific information on liability and card holder responsibilities.

24 hours a day 7 days a week, the WesCard website https://onecard.wesleyan.edu has the ability to satisfy all your WesCard campus needs. You can deactivate a lost WesCard, deposit money onto your Card (via credit card only), check your balance, get a transaction history of your Card, find locations where you can use your WesCard and get information about the two accounts on your WesCard, Middletown Cash and Wesleyan meal accounts.
