Naked at Wesleyan September 24
Our beloved WesNudists made the Middletown Press with their latest exploits. Rumor has it that E3 will now be holding meetings in the nude, as naked mania sweeps the campus.

...Eleven male and female Wesleyan University students created their own Garden of Eden on Sept. 17, when they spontaneously disrobed and sat outside the Davenport Campus Center for two hours in what they described as "freezing weather."...

...Nudity, while illegal in many areas, is protected when linked with First Amendment-protected activity such as speech, dance and art. Considering the high percentage of artistically inclined students who braved the fall weather au naturel, the event was not only Edenic, but possibly legal as well.

Racism at Conn. Schools September 24
The Hartford Courant published an article about racism directed against Asian and Asian-American students at Connecticut universities. Wesleyan is not mentioned, but Trinity, Yale, and UConn are. Several present and former students share their experiences about harassment that occurred while at college. A worthwhile read for everyone.
