Class Description
Pilates is designed to develop a strong core while maintaining loose,
limber limbs. This class will focus on the basic principles of Pilates
to start strengthening core muscles (stomach, back, and glutes), and
improve balance and coordination between the body's limbs. Exercise
options will be provided for different levels from beginning to
advanced.

Equipment
- Bring a yoga mat (WesWELL has some
available to borrow)
- Clothing that allows for comfortable movement
- Bringing a bottle of water is recommended

Instructor Biography
Jeannine Loughlin
is a lead instructor at
Personal Euphoria.
She has a background in dance and studied under dance pioneer Truda
Kaschmann, contemporary of Joseph Pilates. She is certified through
the School of the Hartford Ballet. She is a proud mother of two with
a huge smile and a great laugh. Her healthy choices concerning
wellness are sure to rub off.

Enrollment
To enroll in a WesWELL class, simply attend the first session of the
class and complete a paper enrollment form. Forms will be provided
by the instructor. By enrolling, all WesWELL Non-Credit Class participants agree to
follow established class policies.
