Shaolin Chuan Tai Chi is moving meditation exercise that is designed to promote the health and integration of mind, heart, body, and spirit.  This exercise performed correctly, is a personal cultivation of peace and power in harmony, a silent prayer of union with the infinite.

  • The cultivation of spiritual, emotional and physical health

  • The cultivation of Life Force (Chi) and its union with the Universal Energy (the Tai Chi)

  • Includes ancient temple philosophy and psychology

  • Promotes the integration of mind, body and spirit.

  • The development of correct breathing, life energy root, posture and power walking

  • A wordless prayer of union with the Infinite sometimes called Meditation in motion

  • The internal perception and external expression of the Natural Law

  • The cultivation of a calm yet powerful energy

  • Increased concentration, mental efficiency, clarity of perception and personal confidence to be yourself
