Tai Chi (Shaolin Chuan): Meditation in Motion
Temple Tai Chi training is a practice to cultivate power and peace in
harmony and to experience a union with the infinite. This is not Wu Shu or
performance Tai Chi. Shaolin arts emphasize the internal. This how and why
martial arts have been taught in temples.
Shaolin Chuan Tai Chi is moving meditation exercise that is designed to
promote the health and integration of mind, heart, body, and spirit. This
exercise performed correctly, is a personal cultivation of peace and power
in harmony, a silent prayer of union with the infinite.
