Guides & Assessments
WesWELL and Health Services
have collaborated to bring Wesleyan students access to several important online resources. Use the links in
the navigation bar to the left to access these tools. Note that you may be
asked to sign in with your Wesleyan email address and password. This is in
no way linked to the results of your assessments; it simply grants you
access in accordance with our licensing agreements.
e-CHUG Alcohol Assessment
The electronic Check-Up to Go (e-CHUG) is an assessment tool designed to
provide individual feedback on alcohol consumption and drinking patterns and
can be completed in under 10 minutes. e-CHUG was created by the Counseling
Center at San Diego State University and is in use at more than 400
universities and colleges in the U.S., Canada and Australia.
PingMyHealth
is a free, web-based assessment designed specifically for 18 - 30 years
olds and supported by the BACCHUS
Network. It provides immediate feedback on
behaviors related to smoking, alcohol, drugs, nutrition, physical activity,
mental health and sexual activity. All information is confidential and
anonymous and provides a great starting point for determining your current
health status and changes that you could make to improve it.
Self Care Guide
The content of the Self Care Guide was created by the
American Institute for
Preventive Medicine. The guide is not meant to substitute for expert medical
advice or treatment, but offers information and resources to help you make
informed choices about your health care.
College Behavioral Wellness Program
Housed at
CampusBlues.com, the College Behavioral Wellness Program (BWP) is based
on the DEAR Behavioral Health System. The sources and symptoms of stress are
unique to each individual and there is not an ultimate solution that
eliminates all behavioral health risks at once. A finely tuned assessment
leads to individually tailored solutions. Using a four-step process, we
empower you to improve the quality of your life - whether you are concerned
with only one stress situation or overwhelmed by many. We provide the
information, motivation and support you need to make real-life changes.
