The Short StoryROXANA ROBINSON is the author of eight books: four novels, three collections of short stories, and a biography of Georgia O'Keeffe, of which five have been named Notable Books of the Year by the New York Times. Her fiction has appeared in The Atlantic, The New Yorker, Harper's, Daedalus, Best American Short Stories and elsewhere. Her nonfiction has appeared in the New York Times, Boston Globe, Washington Post and Vogue. She is the recipient of fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, the MacDowell Colony, and the Guggenheim Foundation. Her most recent books include the short story collection A Perfect Stranger, and the new novel Cost, forthcoming in 2008. |
