Wesleyan Capoeira > Classes

The classes are, of course, the heart of our capoeira group. They are taught by Luis Henao, a senior here at Wesleyan, and are free of charge and free to all. Equal time is given to both the movements and to music, with an hour generally spent on each. More advanced students may also play music for the beginners movement classes. Rodas are common, often happening on week-ends.
