The meeting was opened at 8:10 pm.

The EPC did not meet this past week. The committee currently needs a 4th non-voting member. Electronic drop/add will be put on web next semester, and coming up on the agenda is a proposed by-law change, spurred by a change in committee infrastructure.
Coco met and appointed Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC) members. This Wednesday at 8 pm there will be a meeting with AWARE, Middletown residents living in close proximity to Wesleyan student housing. All WSA members, as well as, Coco are invited to attend.
The VP is Zorro. E-squid, the on-line student course review web-site, will be up and running next week, and the WSA web page will soon be re-vamped by Greg Heller, WSA web-technician. Mr. Rodriguez is currently negotiating monetary compensation. Lastly, he will be meeting with Mike Sciolla of the Career Resource Center to discuss the CRC advisory committee and select this year's members.
SAC met with Joe Lachance about campus center dining, and there is a meeting schedule next week with Dean Mike, as well as a future meeting of the URLC.Stack
Karen Courtheoux asks will it be possible to have breakfast in the Campus Center?
Rebecca Solow responds that that will be discussed in future meetings, but it would be a very expensive operation.
The CC will hold committee appointments this Wednesday, October 08, 2003, and committee chairs requiring members must contact Sara Mirsky.
The committee chairs met with the Trustees over the weekend. The Saturday morning breakfast was the most productive and successful interaction with trustees. They discussed planning a trustee gathering in a student space next year. One topic of discussion was, how can the board members be more accessible in the future? One possibility would be to have rotating office ours with various trustees.
FiFac met with Manny Cunard about facilities and charge laundry machines will be installed on Vine St.
