University Tour :
The tours offered will show parents around Wesleyan's campus and offer much of the same information given during an English-language tour.  Parents will have a chance to see dorms, computer labs, and classrooms, as well as landmarks like the Davenport Campus Center, Olin Library, and the Center for the Arts.  Our tour guides are bilingual volunteers who are familiar with the needs of Spanish-speaking parents, in addition to Wesleyan's campus and history.

Financial Aid:
A representative from the Office of Financial Aid will provide a presentation in Spanish about procedures and resources pertaining to Financial Aid.  Topics covered will include FAFSA and CSS profile forms.

Visit the web site of Office of Financial Aid for more information.

Panel with Faculty, Staff, and Students:
Presentation and panel discussion with students and professors about various subjects including: academic expectations at Wesleyan, the concept of a liberal arts education and of a major, academic resources such as the Math Workshop and the Writing Workshop, the Career Resource Center and campus jobs, student groups, political activism, and community service.

"Expresiones de Latinos" Cultural Show:
(Fall Event Only)

"Expresiones de Latinos" is an annual event which showcases presentations related to Latino politics, history, art, and other issues students wish to explore through performance.  Poetry, dance, music, prose, theatrical presentations, and other forms of expression give the show its name.  This event is known on campus for the dedication of the students who perform in and organize "Expresiones."  Para La Familia provides free tickets to the show as part of the Family Weekend.

The web page of the student group Ajúa Campos contains more information about "Expresiones de Latinos."
