Services:
All
services will be offered free of charge.
Family Weekend
Transportation:
Transportation will be available from New Haven's Union Station on
Saturday at 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, which will be departing from the parking lot. A
van will pick you up and take you directly to Wesleyan's Campus Center, where we
will be registering families.
For the return trip we do not have a schedule but just get in touch with us at any time and we will arrange your returning trip accordingly.
Lodging:
If you would like to stay for both days we offer the opportunity to you to stay at a hotel room near the university. For the moment there is a limit of four people per room. Contact us as soon as possible to make reservations.
Child Care:
Please indicate when you RSVP how many children you will bring to the
event, and if you have any special needs or concerns. When you register upon arrival, we will give you more information.
Meals:
For the “Family Weekend” you will be able to have lunch and dinner on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. There will be refreshments and snacks in between some events.
Translations:
Although the program is in Spanish, if at any moment you need a
translation, we will be available.
