Every year the SPS builds and launches Rockets behind the Freeman Athletic Centre. Usually this event was held on Feb. 14th and entitled "Love & Rockets". However starting in the year 2000, this annual tradition was moved to coinside with the WESFest event. Here are some photos of the 2000 SPS rocket launch. Also, Sir Isac, the SPS Patatoe Launcher, has been known to make an appearence at this event.
