Why
Demonstrate against Ringling Brothers'?
- To support a call for
compassion. We are speaking for the unfortunate circus animals
whose physical and mental comforts are severely compromised by the
severe confinement and regular beatings that necessitate wild
animal training. These animals never get to experience full
expression of their natural instincts, such as running at full
speed or socializing in a free ranging
environment.
- To call attention to the
numerous Animal Welfare Act citations against the Ringling
Brothers Circus.
- To educate the public on the
inherent cruelties involved with using wild animals in traveling
shows.
