Hermano Pedro Santana is a graduate of the University of Buffalo, where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and American Studies, and a graduate of Buffalo State College where he received his Master's Degree in Student Personnel Administration.

While at the University of Buffalo, Pedro became a member of the Epsilon Chapter in the Spring of 1993. As a member of the Epsilon Chapter, Pedro helped support the growth of La Fraternidad to other schools in the Buffalo area, and also helped support the establishment of the Gamma Gamma Graduate Chapter in Buffalo.

In 1996, Pedro was elected to the Board of Trustees where he oversaw several projects relating to expansion, standardization and alumni relations. His was elected to a second term in the 1997 Legislative Convention, and he currently serves as a liaison for the Kappa and Sigma Chapters at Yale and Wesleyan Universities, respectively.

Pedro currently works at Eastern Connecticut State University where he is the Area Coordinator/Assistant to The Director of Housing and about to complete the Master's of Science Program in Organizational Management. Pedro plans to pursue an advanced degree in the near future, either a JD or Phd.
