Hermano Robert A. Carrillo, of Peruvian and Panamanian descent, is originally from Washington Heights in NY, although he has recently migrated to The Bronx. He is an alumnus of the Prep 9 Program in NYC. Upon completing the program, Robert attended the Taft school in Watertown, CT., and was part of the first class of Prep students to attend the school. There he became involved in several community service projects and was captain of the varsity wrestling team his senior year. Robert graduated from Taft in 1995 and attended Wesleyan University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1999.

At Wesleyan, Robert majored in Economics. He was on the Ajua Campos Executive Board throughout his four years at Wesleyan and served as Co-Chair his senior year. Robert was also on the Varsity Wrestling Team all four years, and was elected co-captain his senior year. He placed in several tournaments that year, and finished his career by becoming an All-New England Wrestler by placing fourth in the tournament. Robert was also a member of Caliente for four years, and was in the group ¨Mira Nena¨ along with Hermanos Miguel and Pablo.

Currently, Robert is an Analyst for the Direct Investment group within the Real Estate Investment Bank at Deutsche Bank. He hopes to one day start his own real estate business.
