Tom, of Italian-American descent, grew up in Larchmont, NY where he developed an affinity for the entertainment arts. During his time at Wesleyan, Tom became good friends with Francisco Tezen and Jose De Jesus, through which he first heard of La Unidad Latina. Tom would eventually pledge and cross in the Spring of 1995 as a founder. He graduated from Wesleyan in 1996 with a double major in English and Film. Tom currently works for Platform.net as the music director and program coordinator; where he reports the latest on the urban music scene. Tom resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn with his line brother Jason Rosado.
