It has been awhile since the last update, but the season has gone well.  WesPolo is a young team this year and we spent the first part of the season learning how to play as a team.  With the New England Championship just two weeks away, we seem to be putting all the aspects of our game together at the right time.

We will be holding a two-day clinic designed to orient freshmen and new players to WesPolo.  It will be held Thursday and Friday, August 30th and 31st from 5-6:30.  Anyone interested in playing is strongly encouraged to attend.

The first practice/meeting of the year will be held on Saturday, September 1st at 2PM at the pool.  Make sure to bring shoes, shorts, suits, and goggles.  Contact Mike Pepi, mpepi@wesleyan.edu with questions.

The 2007 CWPA Schedule has been released.  Please click the schedule link for more information.  In addition to league games, other non-league tournaments will be added to the schedule as soon as possible.

Congratulations to Mike Molina, Matt Brownstein, John Haley, Ben Byers, and Matt Donne on their graduation!  Over their four years at Wesleyan this group of seniors were huge contributors to two DIII Club National Championships as well as two second place finishes.   Wesleyan Water Polo will greatly miss their leadership, experience, and spirit.  We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors.
