Diversity & Inclusion Events

Congratulations on your acceptance to Wesleyan University!

Due to the impact of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Wesleyan will not be hosting any in-person events for admitted students and their families this spring. As a result, the Office of Admission will be offering a wide range of virtual events throughout the month of April — in addition to WesFest (Wesleyan’s Admitted Student Program) — for the opportunity to learn first-hand how Wesleyan supports and fosters diversity and inclusion for underrepresented* students.

Admitted students will receive an invitation email from the Office of Admission with registration details. While these sessions are open to all admitted students and their families, this series of events are designed to provide underrepresented* students with additional information to help them make an informed college decision. Keep an eye out for updated information soon!

Please do not hesitate to reach out to the Admission Interns if you have any questions.

*This term includes (and not limited to) students from groups who have been traditionally underrepresented in higher education such as Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latinx American, Native American, and Asian-American, in addition to LGBTQQI, first-generation college students and/or those from families with limited financial resources.
