Welcome! The Classes of 1970 and 1971 had a second chance to celebrate their 50th Reunion! In the late sixties and early seventies, students of color were recruited and admitted to Wesleyan in an effort to address inequities prevalent in American Society. Today, Wesleyan continues to seek students of color for many of the same reasons. What's changed; what hasn't?

Join in a discussion about how we can overcome worry about the state of the world and take action in our "Third Act." We want to explore the steps we can take collectively and individually that will make a real difference for the next generation that must deal with the reality of a changing climate. Jacob Scherr '70 and Marshall Webb '70 with decades of experience in the environmental arena, will lead off the conversation along with remarks by Wes student Annika Shiffer-Delegard '23 and an overview from Wes Assistant Vice President of Construcion and Infrastructure Alan Rubacha on what the University is doing now to be a leader in sustainability.
