HIGHLIGHTS:  In total, five Wesleyan swim records were established during the meet.  Bill Hepner broke the 50 breaststroke mark with a time of :26.16 while placing eighth in the event.  He also had a 14th-place finish in the 100 breaststroke. Ali Pourmaleki had a national "B" cut time trial of 1:51.84 in the 200 butterfly for a Wesleyan standard, then went on to place 11th in the event as well as 13th in the 100 butterfly.  The third and fourth individual records both went to Spencer Tang in the 100 backstroke with a 17th-place time of :52.42 and the 200 backstroke with an 18th-place time of 1:54.70.  The remaining two records came in relay events as Tang, Jacques Bazile, Erik Yan and Wesley Ho combined for a 1:34.04 in the 200 medley relay while Tang, Hepner, Yan and Ho joined forces for a 3:30.26 time in the 400 medley relay.  Both relay squads took seventh place.  The top individual swim finish during the meet went to Yan in the 50 butterfly as he placed sixth in a time of :23.08, just .02 seconds over his own school record set in 2013.  In diving, Brandon Pearson came up with a pair of national "B" cuts while placing fourth in the one-meter dive, scoring a high of 451.75 points in the trials, and fifth in the three-meter dive, with a 455.45 high score in the trials.

2/27-28/15 - Division III Regional Diving Championships at Springfield - no team scoring
NOTES - Brandon Pearson finished 6th of 20 in the one-meter dive and 7th of 20 in the three-meter dive, qualifying him for the NCAA Division III Championships in Shenandowa, Texas.  His score of 468.05 in the one-meter dive and 545.00 in the three-meter dive are both Wesleyan records.  He is the first Cardinal diver to qualify for the NCAAs since Dave Wilkinson in 2009.
