Recruit on Campus

Wesleyan University is proud to partner with Handshake, an end-to-end platform for sourcing, engaging, and hiring the right talent for the right opportunities.

Here are some helpful guides when using Handshake:
How to Setup an Account
How to Request an Information Session
How to Request and Manage On-Campus Interviews

Information Sessions
Increase your visibility and build your brand on campus by hosting an information session. If you have Wesleyan alumni working at your organization, make sure to have them return to campus to attend or present at your sessions and share with students why your organization is a great match for Wesleyan. Come to campus prior to your application deadline to help increase your applicant pool. Information sessions can be requested on Handshake.

Information Table
Increase your visibility by tabling in our student center. Tables can be reserved from 11am-2pm, 3pm-7pm or 11am-7pm.

Informational Interviews
Give students the opportunity to meet with someone from your company and learn more about your organization in small groups or one-on-one.

Virtual Recruiting
Can’t make it to campus but still want to meet with Wesleyan students to talk about your company’s culture, your work, and your open positions? We can help schedule virtual information sessions and Skype or phone interviews in our space.

On-Campus Interviews
Interview your candidates at the Gordon Career Center. Through Handshake, you can post your position, create an interview schedule, receive a bundle of applicant materials after the deadline, and make your candidate selections.
