Senior Thesis Exhibitions

 

Works by seniors in the Art Studio Program of Wesleyan’s Department of Art and Art History. Exhibitions change each week.

WEEK ONE
Tuesday, March 22, 2022 through Sunday, March 27, 2022
Opening Reception: Wednesday, March 23, 2022, 4–6pm
Featuring works by Romina Beltrán Lazo, Jared Christopher, Nina Criswell, Daniela Sweet-Coll, Karen Xu, and Jiayao Zhu.

WEEK TWO
Tuesday, March 29, 2022 through Sunday, April 3, 2022
Opening Reception: Wednesday, March 30, 2022, 4-6pm
Featuring works by Eli Baden-Lasar, Mia Gleiberman, Julia Kan, Kelsey Morgan, Haishi Teng, and Forrest Walker.

WEEK THREE
Tuesday April 5, 2022 through Sunday, April 10, 2022
Opening Reception: Wednesday, April 6, 2022, 4-6pm
Featuring works by Dotan Appelbaum, Helena Girardoni, Niamh Henchy, Ina Kim, Wiralpach “Mi”  Nawabutsitthirat, and Olivia Thanadabout.

WEEK FOUR
Tuesday April 12, 2022 through Sunday, April 17, 2022
Opening Reception: Wednesday, April 13, 2022, 4-6pm
Featuring works by Joseph Cohen, Nomi Kligler, Morgan Maben, Elisa Pettinato, Mia Sakamoto, and Carmen Scott-Henning.

WEEK FIVE
Tuesday April 19, 2022 through Sunday, April 24, 2022
Opening Reception: Wednesday, April 20, 2022, 4-6pm
Featuring works by Rhea Aggarwal, Vida Behar, Jonah Newmark, Maia Panlilio, Magine Slonaker, and Ben Vuchetich.

The general public is welcome to attend events at the Center for the Arts and to view exhibitions in both the Ezra and Cecile Zilkha Gallery and the College of East Asian Studies Gallery at Mansfield Freeman Center. All patrons must adhere to and follow the University COVID-19 safety guidelines. Wesleyan requires all visitors to be fully vaccinated including booster shots. All visitors will need to provide proof of having been fully vaccinated. All patrons are required to wears masks while visiting indoor Center for the Arts exhibitions and during the entirety of any performance. By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation, patrons confirm that they are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and will be able to provide proof of vaccination at the event. Due to current CDC age limits on vaccinations, individuals under the age of five will not be permitted at indoor events or in the galleries.
