Live meetings can be scheduled through the link at the bottom of this page and take place on the second floor of Science Library, in the study rooms around the back of the elevator (specifically, room 268). If you unable to attend in person, Zoom appointments are also available by request. Appointments in the available calendar must be made at least one hour in advance.


All appointments begin on the hour or half-hour. Short consultations last approximately 20 minutes and are appropriate for minor questions, targeted support, or "dress rehearsals" of presentations lasting fewer than 10 minutes. Long consultations last 45 minutes and are appropriate for such things as brainstorming sessions, reworking ideas, visual design support, and run-throughs longer than 10 minutes. Long appointments should be scheduled as consecutive half-hour blocks. 


If this is your first time interacting with the Presentation Studio, you will be required to make an account in the appointment system. Follow the link above and select "Register for a New Account". Once you are registered, you will only ever need to log in, select an appointment time, and fill out the appointment intake form. At this time, the appointment book is not connected to your Wesleyan account. We recommend you do not use your Wesleyan password for this system. 


Walk-in appointments are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you just have a quick question, we encourage you to drop by our office in SciLi! However, scheduled appointments always take precedence. The appointment book is open at all times, and cancellations may occur, so same-day bookings are allowed.
