Financial Aid Initiatives

Wesleyan, in partnership with our dedicated community of alumni and donors, is committed to removing financial barriers for our students. In support of that mission, we are excited to share the most recent expansions to our financial aid program!

International and independent students may qualify for these initiatives as well.  For these populations, eligibility is determined on a case by case basis.

Financial Aid is not available for the BLS Program at this time

  • Wesleyan No Loan Program
The standard financial aid package includes a student loan, however for most domestic students from families earning less than $120,000 annually (students entering in Fall 2021 and beyond) or less than $60,000 annually (students entering prior to Fall 2021) with typical assets, additional grant support will be offered in place of the standard loan package.
  • Wesleyan Reduced Loan Program
Most domestic students from families with annual incomes between $60,000 and $80,000 who entered prior to Fall 2021 will be offered additional grant support of $1,250 and a reduced student loan in place of the standard loan package.
  • Wesleyan Reduced Student Contribution
The standard student contribution from summer earnings will be reduced for students with parental contribution of $10,000 or less and additional grant will be provided instead.
  • Print Allowance Program

Students with a parental contribution of $10,000 or less will be provided with a $25 credit to their student account to be applied toward printing and photocopying charges incurred on university printers.
