Carceral Logic and the Paradox of Hope

Carceral Logic and the Paradox of Hope

LORI GRUEN • Wesleyan University

OCTOBER 17 @ 6 P.M. | Daniel Family Commons, Usdan University Center

Carceral logics, I'll argue, hold us captive in a system of disposability and permanent exclusions that make hope seem impossible.
