Course Reserve
The library’s new course reserve system (launched Fall 2020) will better support the hybrid nature of classes and the need to offer only online reserve materials this fall. It accommodates audiovisual and web content as well as digital documents, can be easily accessed from within Moodle or through a direct link from your course’s syllabus, and can be self-service and customized if you so choose.
If You Have Already Submitted a Course Reserve Request
Library staff have already created a reserve list in the new system for you. Your next steps are:
- for Moodle courses: Add Course Reserve link to your Moodle Course
- unhide the Library Course Reserve link in your Moodle course in order for students to have Course Reserve access from Moodle.
- for courses not using Moodle: Add Course Reserve link to your syllabus or webpage
Add New Materials to Course Reserve
Add add materials to your course you may either:
- Use the existing online Reserve Request Form
- Add materials directly in the new Course Reserve system. For instructions see our library course reserve guide.
