Employment Questionnaire

You must complete the following form and view our Employment webinar before beginning any work for the Office of Community Service and Volunteerism.  We strongly encourage you to view the webinar before filling out this form.  You will receive an e-mail from the OCS once we verify your information and confirm your eligibility. 

For literacy positions, please contact the coordinator(s) of each program for placement information -- OCS approves your eligibility to work and you get hired at the program level.

For community-based and van driver positions, please fill out the form and then e-mail Cathy Lechowicz (clechowicz@wesleyan.edu).

LITERACY
Only students with Federal Work-Study are eligible for the Literacy positions posted below.

After school tutoring program based at local school - either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 3:15 - 5:15pm

Cross Street

After school tutoring program in collaboration wtih local church (Mon - Thurs, 4:15 - 6pm)

Green Street Afterschool Program

Academic Support for Green Street Arts Center after school program (5 - 6pm)

Individual Tutoring

One-on-one tutoring with local youth, times flexible

Prospect

7th & 8th grade science program, four Saturdays per semester

Traverse Square

After school program run at local public housing neighborhood (Mon - Thurs, 4 - 6pm, 2 day commitment required)

WesReads,WesMath,WesWrites

Assist 1st - 5th graders in higher level reading and math (9am - 3pm, 1 hour shifts)

Woodrow Wilson Tutoring Partnership

7th & 8th grade in school support (8:15am - 3pm, 2 hour shifts twice per week)


NON-LITERACY
Students with Federal and Term-Time (Wes-Work) Work-Study are eligible for the positions posted below.
