The International Buddy Program (IBP) is coordinated by OISA. Senior Buddy (returning student) applications closed on June 12, 2022 and Junior Buddy (new student) applications closed on July 15, 2022. Senior Buddies and Junior Buddies were matched and introduced via email in early August. The program will run through the Fall 2022 Semester with a welcome dinner in early September and then monthly events for all IBP participants planned and coordinated by the IBP Student Coordinator and OISA professional staff. Visit the IBP page of our website for more information about the program.

IBP will be offered again in the Fall 2023 Semester. All incoming international students are eligible to participate in the program as Junior Buddies; all returning students--international and U.S. American alike--are eligible to apply to be a Senior Buddy. For questions about IBP, please send an email to oisa@wesleyan.edu with "IBP inquiry" in the subject line.
