Orientation Interns

Orientation Interns are an integral part of the planning and implementation of Orientation.  They work with professional staff in creating interesting, informative programs and activities for new students.  Interns monitor the orientation email and answer questions from new students and families related to all aspects of life at Wesleyan. They are also instrumental in training and supporting student Orientation Leaders, and will serve as point persons for specific events during Orientation.

    Sumreen Moughal '25

Hey everyone! My name is Sumreen, I am a rising sophomore at Wesleyan, and additionally I am an Orientation Intern for NSO 2022. My family is originally from Pakistan but I was born in Massachusetts and raised in Connecticut (where Wesleyan is, so if you need any additional tips to CT, feel free to reach out). Throughout my high school years, I was unsure of what I wanted to major in, and I still have no idea but the environment at Wesleyan along with the open curriculum has leaned me towards Government. I can’t wait for you guys to come to campus and explore Wesleyan!

I cannot wait to meet all of you this summer and introduce you to Wes! If you have any questions, please reach out to me at doolsen@wesleyan.edu.
