Once connected, a page will request an email address and optional cell phone number where a username and password will be sent.  Guest accounts will be valid for 72 hours.  Guests on campus longer than that may register as often as needed.

More details can be found here.

NOTE: As a guest user on Wesleyan University’s private network, you are expected to comply with all applicable laws related to Internet use including, but not limited to, RIAA laws prohibiting illegal file sharing and access to illegal content. Access to the Internet is monitored and violators will have their privileges revoked.

Registration

All alumni must register. Parents and families of graduating seniors must register if they wish to purchase any meal tickets and are encouraged to register even if they do not wish to attend any meals. You can register online through May 12 or at the Usdan University Center when you arrive on campus for the weekend.

Pre-registration Deadline

Online is available through Friday, May 12. In order to process all registrations and prepare materials for your arrival, we cannot accept registrations after that date. If you miss the deadline, the next opportunity for you to register will be onsite, during the weekend.

On-site registration Hours:

  • Thursday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
  • Friday, 9 a.m.–11:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.

Form of Payment

At registration and all ticketed meals we prefer to that guests use credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or checks made out to Wesleyan University. Cash may be accepted if the cashier is able to provide change.  The Usdan Cafe and Pi Cafe (Exley Science Center) will accept cash throughout the weekend.

Refunds

As a general policy, fees collected for event registration and other expenses are non-refundable. In most circumstances, these fees cover the cost to reserve a facility or catering needs. However, more importantly, the fees commit and confirm guest attendance which is important when other guests are interested in registering. The staff in the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations understands that unique circumstances do prevent some guests from fulfilling their obligations, and accepts written exceptions to the refund policy. Please direct those appeals to the office at 330 High Street, Middletown, CT 06459 or rc@wesleyan.edu.We are not able to process refunds during the weekend.

Weekend Meals

Bon Appétit, Wesleyan’s campus dining service, prepares most Reunion & Commencement snacks and meals. A vegetarian or vegan alternative is provided at every meal. Most dining options require tickets and advance purchase/registration. For these meals, we strongly recommend you reserve a ticket in advance to guarantee availability and to help us plan accordingly. If you are a member of a class with a flat rate Reunion fee (5th, 10th, and 50th Reunion classes), your meals are included in your fee, however you will be asked to select which meals you plan to attend when you register.

Meals requiring advance purchase/registration:

  • Friday Welcome Picnic Lunch
  • Friday Red, Black, and Green Dinner
  • Friday Shabbat Dinner
  • Saturday Festival on Foss Hill Picnic Lunch
  • Saturday Reunion Class Dinner

The Usdan Café (Usdan University Center) and the Pi Café (Exley Science Center) will be open for a la carte breakfast, lunch, and snacks Thursday through Sunday for limited hours. These dining options do not require advance purchase.

Most bars are cash-only, and ID is required at all bars throughout the weekend.
