Reunion Accommodations

On-Campus Housing/Dorm Rooms: A limited number of on–campus residence hall rooms will be available to reunion alumni only on a first-come, first-served basis beginning when Reunion registration opens in Spring 2020. These rooms often sell out before registration closes (May 14) so if you're counting on staying in a dorm room make your reservations early. Most rooms are doubles, and there are shared bathrooms in each hall. You will have the opportunity to reserve a single or double room. Unlike a hotel, you receive the room for the entire weekend (Thursday-Saturday) as we are unable to turnaround rooms on a daily basis.

Single – $175 (includes Thursday–Saturday nights)
Double – $300 (includes Thursday–Saturday nights)

We will do our best to place you near classmates but depending on the type of room you select, you may be limited to certain residence halls. Wesleyan will not assign roommates. Alumni do not have to tell us who their roommates are unless someone other than the person purchasing the room is picking up their key at registration. Please email rc@wesleyan.edu to make arrangements for key pick–up if this is the case. During the registration process you will have the opportunity to tell us the names of the classmates you would like to be placed near.  Please limit those names to three people.

Please note:

Most rooms are doubles and beds can be moved or pushed together.

Alumni who prefer to stay on campus will be grouped by class in Clark Hall, Hewitt, Bennet Hall, and 200 Church.  Room assignments will be available when you arrive on campus and check in at Registration. We apologize that assignments cannot be made available in advance of Reunion. If you were a member of Alpha Delt and prefer to be housed with that group instead of your class, please advise us in your registration.

Residence hall rooms must be vacated by 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 24. Failure to return your key and access card will result in a $60 charge to your account.

Please keep in mind that residence hall rooms are basic, with little furniture or creature comforts. There are no private bathrooms. Beds are twin–sized. Basic sheets, a light blanket, a pillow, and a towel are provided, but we recommend that you bring an extra blanket, pillow, towel, toiletries (soap), etc. Wesleyan does not stock the bathrooms with paper towels.

You may also want to bring hangers, an alarm clock, a hair dryer, a mirror, an iron, and/or other amenities. Before you arrive on campus, please check the local weather forecast and plan your trip accordingly.

Hotels: Special rates have been arranged at the following hotels for alumni attending their Reunion.  When calling any of these hotels, please ask for a room in the “Wesleyan Reunion” block. Please note that this information is subject-to-change. We advise all alumni to make sure that you understand the hotel’s cancellation policy before confirming your room. Wesleyan cannot be held responsible for non-refundable room cancellations.

A full list of area hotels is available on Wesleyan's local accommodations page.
