240 Court Street
240 Court contains a combination of one and two person apartments in a great location on Court Street. All beds are extra long twin. Availability of Apartments at 240 Court varies from year to year for housing selection, so please refer to PortalX via your WesPortal when General Room Selection opens if you are interested in a 240 Court unit.
Apartment 1 is a one-person studio with a kitchen adjacent to the living/sleeping quarters.
Apartment 2 is a two bedroom apartment with a spacious kitchen and common area.
Apartment 3 is a one-person apartment with a kitchen and lots of closet space.
Apartment 4 is a one-person apartment with a living room & large kitchen.
Apartment 5 is a one-person apartment. It has a large bedroom, a spacious living room and a kitchen.
Apartment 6 is a one-person apartment with a living room and large kitchen.
Apartment 7 is a two person, two bedroom apartment with large living room and large kitchen.
Lead Paint Disclosure
Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not taken care of properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, landlords must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. Tenants must also receive a Federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention. By accepting your housing contract, you are affirming that you have reviewed the pamphlet Protect Your Family from Lead In Your Home.
All Wesleyan housing was built before 1978 with the exception of the following: Bennet Hall, Fauver Apartments, 19 Fountain Avenue, 20 Fountain Avenue, 25 Fountain Avenue, 231 Pine Street, and 14 Warren Street.
