Appointments

Students can make an appointment to make purchases using the department’s credit card. Credit Card Appointments must be scheduled in addition to submitting a Purchase Request on WesNest. These meetings can include credit card transactions, hotel bookings, or other special requests. Appointment slots are normally held two days a week during normal business hours and begin after the end of drop/add period each term. Please be aware that all students must have attended a Financial Manager training session in order to request an appointment.

Schedule a meeting with Lisa for help with Student Group Finance management, Contract Request process, Club Sports Hiring procedure and Credit Card appointments.

Schedule a meeting with Shelissa for help with Events, WesNest, Room Request (EMS), and Host Training.

Schedule a meeting with Jen for help with general Student Organization questions, new Club/Organization registration and re-registration, WesNest, Student Organization advisement, goal setting or succession planning. 

Schedule a meeting with Joanne for independent projects / ideas, New Student Orientation, or Leadership Development Programs.

NOTE: If you need to make a purchase over $2,000 please email involvement@wesleyan.edu at least four business days before your appointment. The funds must be in your WesNest account prior to your appointment or the purchases cannot be made. If you have questions about appointments, please use the aforementioned email.  Please be advised that appointment days are subject to change.
