"I've ended up winning the Pulitzer Prize, and in so many ways that began at Wesleyan...where I realized the power of story." - Tom Hallman, Jr.

The Wesleyan Writers Conference welcomes experienced writers, new writers, and everyone interested in the writer’s craft. Our faculty of distinguished writers are generous teachers, offering careful manuscript readings and practical advice to writers at any stage of a project. The daily schedule is flexible. Arrange your day in the way that suits you best: attend every event or reserve part of each day for writing. Find your own quiet space in the dorms, in the libraries, or on Wesleyan's rolling lawns.
