Wesleyan University, its trustees, officers, faculty, staff, employees, and agents have an obligation to conduct all University-related affairs in accordance with the highest ethical standards, in accordance with applicable statutes and regulation, and in accordance with the standards set forth in the Conflict of Interest Policy.
