Parental Access to eAccounts Page Information

In order for parents to see balances, statements and transaction history information, they must get their student's permission first. The student needs to create a user name and password for their WesPortal  for the parent to be able to sign on to the Wescard website eAccounts page.

Meal Plans

The cost of the meal plan is covered under the Residential Comprehensive Fee that was charged on the student acount. This fee covers all meal plans.

Meal Plans can be changed each semester during the Drop/Add Period for classes. After the Drop/Add Period the student is on the chosen meal plan for the rest of that semester.

Meals are for semester use only. Unused meals at the end of the fall semester are forfeited. Unused meal plan points will roll over from the fall semester for spring semester usage on top of the spring semester meal plan points. All second semester meals, meal plan points, roll over meal plan points and any additional meal plan points that were purchased  must be used by the day the University housing closes in May or be forfeited.

When a student runs out of regular meals they can use their remaining guest meals. Guest meals do not show on the cash register but are available to use at any meal.

The usage order for stored value is as follows- Meal Plan Points get used first, then Additional Meal Plan Points if purchased then Middletown Cash. If no Additional Meal Plan Points were purchased it will default to Middletown Cash so the student can continue to eat uninteruppted.

Additional Meal Plan Points to be used on campus can be puchased through the WesPortal under Offices & Services/WesCard/Add Meal Plan Points in $ 25.00 increments. They will automatically be billed to the student account. They will be listed under Additional Meal Plan Points on eAccounts.

Balances are available on the eAccounts website 24 hours a day at  https://wesleyan-sp.transactcampus.com/eaccounts/ . The student needs to sign in with their username and password for WesPortal and connect to the Transact System the first time they login to be able to see their balances.
