Reserve a Space
Wesleyan University faculty, staff and students can reserve space and event support services through Room Request (Virtual EMS), accessible through your electronic portfolio. Faculty and Staff: look for the Room Request link in the Event Scheduling & Calendaring section. Students: look for the Room Request link in the Student Life at Wesleyan section. Please send technical questions to firstname.lastname@example.org, and questions regarding new or existing reservations to email@example.com.
If your event requires services such as furniture moving, custodial service, or A/V assistance, the request must be made no later than five business days in advance. Events with catering through Bon Appetit must be made at least two weeks in advance. Requests for large events involving extensive services in Memorial Chapel or Beckham Hall must be made at least three weeks in advance.
Events taking place in the Center for the Arts (CFA) must be scheduled with the CFA Events Office (860 685-2076). Requests for space in the Freeman Athletic Center (FAC) must be made with the FAC Office (860 685-2895).
Student Events open to the public must be registered with the Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development.
Faculty & Staff
Faculty or staff members interested in scheduling classes should contact the Registrar's Office at 860 685-2738. Spaces for TA sessions, lectures, special programs, or conferences can be requested through Room Request (Virtual EMS). Faculty or staff members interested in scheduling a conference should contact Events & Conferences to work one-on-one with a professional event coordinator who will assist in planning your events from start to finish.
